My sister had to ride in a helicopter after her car accident. She's ok though thank goodness. But when she got her insurance bill with the hospital stay it was over 80K including a $9,000 dollar ride on the helicopter.
@FPVsean Nope... It's a Bell 430. They're more awkward to get a stretcher into than a Sikorsky S-76, because of the pylons where the landing gear retract into, but they're still a nice machine.
@407pilot I would've noticed if it I could see the stubs at the side for the landing gear, probably noticed it anyways.. Otherwise I wouldn;t have said s76.. The 430.. Oh wait you just said what I said, reading your comment there.. Now I feel stupid!
