I'm not so sure. It's been buzzing around the OLTL SoapCentral Forum. Plus it was announced around the same time as Robin Scorpios's baby's name, Emma Grace. So more than likely it's true. If not I 'll change the title later. But I hope the name is Chloe. I like it.

I think that Jess' baby's name is Chloe but calls the one that Bess steals Chloe too. When the baby switch storyline is over. Starr's baby will be given a new name and Jess' baby will still be Chloe.
