Outstanding. I've been running LOR software for Christmas lights for years, and have been looking for something unique for Halloween. Your animation is the best I've found on the internet- amusing and very entertaining to watch. Do you have a "bank" of mouth settings for different phonetic sounds that you use, or do you really have to create 30 frames per second from scratch?? That would be a MOUNTAIN of work for even one song! Anyway, very excellent. Thanks for sharing!

@cramcke I created a "bank" of mouth positions for each sound, YES. Each character has it's own set of mouth positions. If I had to create each frame, I would NEVER have done this! Glad you like it! If you want a copy for Halloween, it is for sale! Send me a message and we can discuss the details.
