How dramatic! :o) By the way, I get flicker with my animations too, mostly because the colour temperature of the light bulb(s) shifts when there is a fluctuation in the electric current (and yes turn off auto-exposure!). It helps to use fresh bulbs. There's something called a 'voltage regulator' that professionals use, but short of that, we all have to live with flicker. I never do my animations during the day because you can't control natural light.

@Chieftawsmcool thanks! this one was around 22-30, but it really depends, because once i film it i have to change it around so it looks alright so my fps ranges from 20-sometimes even 36. thank you so much, it means alot!

The light flickering is because of auto-exposure on your camera/video camera most likely. I have a bad quality camera with manual exposure, but I prefer my higher quality camera without manual exposure. Better to make great animations (like this one) than crappy ones with good lighting. ;)
