no it is a mannner in which Allah sends relvation.

Such as the Islamic Rullings Allah would choose to reply by Himself and obviously that will be put into the Quran. such as the Qurayish asked the Prophet (PBUH), that we know the ancestry lineof our forefather what is the ancestry line of your Lord, before the Prophet (PUBH) replied Allah realved the Quran now it doesn't mean that that Allah didn;t know that they will be asking the Prophet (PUBH) such a question.

Allah(swt) is the most merciful. Every surah of the quran starts with the vers "In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful ". U think u've knowlegde of the quran? If u had the knowledge then u would have known that it's more often mentioned in the quran about how merciful Allah (swt) is than his qahr.

Allah does add knowledge on. you can see it in the Quran. eg if a teacher tells you that Cl is an element and if sb asks if it is a gas or not. and she says yes it is. she didnt alter her previous statement about Cl. she just told more. Allah is Telling that it is better that you fight in His Way than you sit back and then somebody blind comes and seems to feel bad he cannot follow it and He adds to this information that it does not apply him.

did He EVER change His Statement that it is not better to fight? cux that is altering and changing a law or a revelation. Another similar example is that He Tells in a verse that humans have been created from water. and He Tells in another verse that they have been made from clay. does this mean he has said sth contradictory to the earlier statemnt? a hindu even asked that in one of zakir's lectures. the trend is seen all through the Quran, verses comin gradually and adding to knowledge.
