@EeveeSoulSilver I loved ocarina. Had every zelda game so far. Hated how skyward sword forces you to use motion all the time (swimming? really?). Skyward became almost a hack and slash game with some rpg elements. Zelda is dead for me, specially since myamoto said it wont make a photo realistic zelda for Wii U (the one we saw on e3 2011). So goodbye Nintendo, We've been together since 1987 (my birth). It was fun. Love you.

At E3 there probably going to reveal this game for the new Nintendo Console also, since some people don't want to play the game like this, and they may want to use a regular controller.
@Darklinkzelda Very likely not going to happen. The entire basis of making Skyward Sword was to utilize MotionPlus, and it's just not going to be the same game, or as good, if it's played with a controller when so many of the items and puzzles as well as general gameplay will be based on MotionPlus. Think of the way Twilight Princess was just a little less fluid on the Wii because the game wasn't designed for waggle combat, which could grow tedious.
Man, I felt so bad for Miyamoto here. He wasn't bullshitting about the interference, they showed the game afterwards and it worked fine, but it looked like he was just trying to make up excuses. Poor man.

I seriously home this year's E3 show will be as great as this one's. Hopefully there will be 3 Zelda trailers to show (Skyward Sword, OoT & the 25th)... and Project Cafe of course.
Though the Zelda demo was riddled with some unfortunate technical glitches, Miyamotos appearance on stage was priceless. It set the tone for the entire conference which was severely needed after the last disappointing years: great games, great innovations and no casual stuff since that target group doesn't watch E3 conferences anyway.
zelda seems like a good idea but you could see even he was having trouble making the remote swing in the way he wanted idk if it was just cause it was just a small part of the game but that didnt look like it was working very well

@Axel1797 First off, gaming isn't about graphics, it's about the experience. In case you haven't noticed, the Wii has sold more systems than any other system EVER. Regardless of whether you like the Wii or not, you have to admit that Nintendo is probably doing fine financially, so releasing a system in 2012 isn't a terrible idea. Also, the PS Vita is literally a mini PS3 with 3G capability. Sony is trying to sell apples and smaller apples, whereas the 3DS vs the Wii/Wii U is apples and oranges.
@Axel1797 You just avoided everything completely. I'm just saying that Nintendo is doing well enough financially right now to do pretty much whatever they want. Sony and Microsoft compete with each other more than Nintendo anyway, so being a Sony fan and arguing on a Nintendo video just makes you seem ignorant and insecure anyway. Though the Zelda demo was riddled with some unfortunate technical glitches, Miyamotos appearance on stage was priceless. It set the tone for the entire conference which was severely needed after the last disappointing years: great games, great innovations and no casual stuff since that target group doesn't watch E3 conferences anyway.

@Axel1797 First off, gaming isn't about graphics, it's about the experience. In case you haven't noticed, the Wii has sold more systems than any other system EVER. Regardless of whether you like the Wii or not, you have to admit that Nintendo is probably doing fine financially, so releasing a system in 2012 isn't a terrible idea. Also, the PS Vita is literally a mini PS3 with 3G capability. Sony is trying to sell apples and smaller apples, whereas the 3DS vs the Wii/Wii U is apples and oranges.

Sony and Microsoft compete with each other more than Nintendo anyway, so being a Sony fan and arguing on a Nintendo video just makes you seem ignorant and insecure anyway. Sony will keep making great games and selling well, but Nintendo will always be right up there with them, ESPECIALLY in the handheld market in which they dominate.
