And yeah, the headphones for those flights are *horrible* -- it's pretty much a must to bring your own earplugs if you want to shut the outside sounds out, and actually hear anything of the movie/music.

I just got home from a New York to Stockholm, Sweden flight. The way that I stay sane is to just read a book and watch a movie and then sleep for maybe 2 hours, while going up to the toilet maybe twice, even if not really needed... just for the movement.

I'm quite used to sitting still, so the flight goes by pretty fast for me. As long as I have a place to sit for the connecting flight gates, and the waiting time isn't too long: things are fine.

i just enjoy the flight, the shitty flights are the short flights. I want to just settle into the seat and enjoy my own space there. music helps a lot. And not the shit channels they have to offer. Sometimes there are euro stations for internal flights from the usa to Europe and those are ok to freakn excellent.

What airlines did you fly? I'm assuming they flew you out though? (they being the convention)

Me and My immediate family fly to England every other year then drive to wales to see my Nanny and Grandad (My fathers mum and dad) for around for weeks, while the other to years, they fly to America to see us for around four weeks. I've gotten used to flying and (even though I was born in America) am apparently growing an English accent. I can't wait to get out of the house and move to London and go to Camberwell. I can't remember a time when I went insane while traveling. Have fun in Poland:)!
