eh it ranges from noobs to above average players to top players who play online...top players are like rare pokemon...noobs are easy to find....theres an abundance of above average players online depending on when you get on....but as time goes by those above average players get even better and it starts to evolve into much bigger competition....you just gotta play the right ppl though too...cant just look for noobs all day you know
I see... Well, I have never played online, and I don't have a 3s community. So I play console PS2 with a controller, and I use L2=EXkick, and L1=EXPunch. Lol.. So i'm pretty stitty. basically all I do is practice combos, execution, and whatever else. I can beat the game with the Computer at the best level pretty easily with Makoto SAI/II.
OCV = One Character Victory. This is when the first/default character on a team is the only (ONLY) one necessary to defeat the other team. Switching characters (MVC2)or making a one-character comeback (a la` Pyrolee) is not OCV.
