the SECOND LARGEST insurance firm BOASTING profits in 2008 of...

$75.4 BILLION, which provides most of the health insurance marketed under...

the AARP brand!

That figure is almost as much as AARP collected in dues from its members!

AMA's priority throughout the healthcare debate has been to "FIX" the Medicare payment formula that threatens to chop Medicare reimbursement of doctors by 21% this year and more later on.

I'm Canadian and our health care system isn't as terrible as your country is making it out to be. When my husband had his heart attack, the only cost I had to worry about was the ambulance which only cost $45.00. The rest was covered by the government. I spent time worrying only about him getting better not how much it was all costing. The care was amazing and he is now home and healthy!

Fat? Let's say I do have health care. I would still have to wait for some doctor, scientist to come up with the cure? When it comes to being ill money is not the issue, the medicine is.

I have known people that have been covered with health insurance but still have died. Doctor's like to experiment their medicines and drugs on their patients and sometimes end up leaving the patient in worst condition.
