remember this is sidereal (vedic) astrology) If you want to convert the placement of the planets, you will just add the Ayanamsa, which in Elvis' case would be 22 degrees 57 minutes.
the difference between tropical and sidereal is that the sidereal system takes into account the "precession of the equinoxes."
probably a good idea to have the full chart if you will send the birth date, etc. without knowing the house placement. we might also want to know where is the ruler of Virgo, Mercury. Knowing where Mercury is will effect Venus and thus Rahu. although rahu is very badly placed. I would say that it would be a difficult Rahu period.
as a beginner i am learning tit bits of astrology from book and from sites like this. your teachings on elvis chart enlightened me some to some level on Rahu. i have got a general question on rahu's placement. what happens if rahu is placed alone in a house and house lord is debilated. for eg:- rahu is placed in libra and venus is debiliated in virgo. whether rahu will do bad? or good? and why ?
the other point to consider is if those badly placed planets are "vargottsama" or in the same position in the navamsa chart. If so, this cancels the debilitation.
