Do I understand correctly that with the free version, chords can have only two, five, or seven notes? Why wouldn't they have made it possible to make triads? Isn't it best to start with triads when trying to learn about chords? Is it to get you to buy the upgrade?

Despite what she says, this is not a MIDI program for experts. This program does not remotely compare to MIDI programs costing hundreds of dollars. But for those looking to get their 'MIDI' feet wet, this is a great starter program for sure.

It accepts WAV files, so AnvilStudio can play back harmonies, but I doubt that you can record harmonies in real time as the program is promoted as a MIDI program rather than a DAW program. Sadly the the poster of this video does not bother to answer questions.

for mp3, also dowlnload freeware prog synthFont which can save your midi as a wav file and mp3 if you download the lame encoder, the latter also works in other progs such as audacity allowing to export as mp3
