Using Black Cat firecrackers worked alot better and were much more fun to use. The only trouble was that the toy was completely destroyed afterwards and you couldn't use it again. But it's still pretty cool to watch.

If you don't want to blow up your own toys or if your low on GI Joe action figures, you could always use your sister's barbie dolls.

One thing is for sure, a Black Cat firecracker will provide a real bang in whatever you choose to blow up.

The track is the Super O. I had a set with it, and it had an interesting way of shocking you when you touched the middle rail. Don't know if that was why it was discontinued. Of course now they would be hit with a lawsuit, back then we thought it was funny. You can still get the track from Ebay or neighborhood train stores, if they still exist.
