I'm having a hard time conceptualizing the heels of socks. Any video-help with those would be great. I've been too afraid to attempt them so far...

Thank you SO much for posting this video. I-cord is part of a pattern for a hat I have, and I couldn't understand the written directions on how to make one. Perhaps you coould demonstrate some other unusual patterns?
