Explosives alone would not be enough to knock out the steel structure of any building, nevermind the WTC towers built to withstand impact from a boeing 707. However, the steel can absorb burning radiation, which accelerates the temperature beyond it's boiling point, nevermind it's melting point. Possibly a radioactive explosive of some sort connected to controlled explosives? Such an explosive would also account for the brown, fine dust in the aftermath as well as the ease of collapse.

I am still on the fence about the events of 9-11 being an inside job, but WTC7 falling has always been the one thing that has almost pushed me onto the conspiracy theorist side of the fence. Even WTC1&2 didn't fall that cleanly and they burned for a lot longer and more thoroughly than WTC7 did. I just can't make ends meet in my head. The fires in the areas the planes hit was not hot enough to melt the steel beams. Furthermore, the structural integrity of the underlying floors would not be compromised if these beams did happen to melt. What would happen is the floor would collapse and stop there. The building are are designed to withstand airplane strikes. Look up Empire State Building.

Yes, your right, the EMS buidling was of an older design. My point is these skyscrappers are designed to withstand impacts from planes. Regarding the "more severe fires".....when you see dark thick black smoke it means the fire is lacking oxygen and will burn cooler than a fire fueled by another agent. You are correct about the jet fuel burning off in 5 mins...actually less as at least 95% was expended in the initial fireball.

That was an amazing demo. The tight quarters of the building and that they minimized the damage to the adjacent buildings. You can see in the video when #7 was halfway down the roof pulled away from the white building towards the street in the front of the building. This demo had to be done with explosives in fewer locations and without pre-weakening the structure. Whoever did it did an amazing job especially on a building as reinforced as #7. Simply amazing!

Two, there were no explosions, the windows make it look like an explosion to the untrained eye. Three it didn't implode it just collapsed. That is structural failure. I'm not a conspiracy theorist and didn't believe any of this 9/11 conspiracy crap, but the fall of building #7 and it's rate of descent when compared to that of the rate of descent of gravity is exactly the same. There is no other way of explaining it. If there is a smoking gun to the 9/11 conspiracy theory; building #7 is the smoking gun and that it was a controlled demolition. I am still on the fence about the events of 9-11 being an inside job, but WTC7 falling has always been the one thing that has almost pushed me onto the conspiracy theorist side of the fence. Even WTC1&2 didn't fall that cleanly and they burned for a lot longer and more thoroughly than WTC7 did. I just can't make ends meet in my head. I doubt I am ever going to be able to figure this one out for myself.

The fires in the areas the planes hit was not hot enough to melt the steel beams. Furthermore, the structural integrity of the underlying floors would not be compromised if these beams did happen to melt. What would happen is the floor would collapse and stop there. The building are are designed to withstand airplane strikes. Look up Empire State Building.

Yes, your right, the EMS buidling was of an older design. My point is these skyscrappers are designed to withstand impacts from planes. Even if we imagine the beams melted, and a floor collapsed, the structure is sufficient to take that weight. These buildings are over engineered. Regarding the "more severe fires".....when you see dark thick black smoke it means the fire is lacking oxygen and will burn cooler than a fire fueled by another agent. You are correct about the jet fuel burning off in 5 mins...actually less as at least 95% was expended in the initial fireball.

That was an amazing demo. The tight quarters of the building and that they minimized the damage to the adjacent buildings. You can see in the video when #7 was halfway down the roof pulled away from the white building towards the street in the front of the building. This demo had to be done with explosives in fewer locations and without pre-weakening the structure. Whoever did it did an amazing job especially on a building as reinforced as #7. Simply amazing!
