  • The disadvatage of Wheel motors is that they can't go fast, not entirely watertight and are very expensive.

If you go into a 1 ft flash flood bye bye car.

Also the handling is shit due to the unsprung weight. Also please, speak English motherfucker.

  • Translation: 4 functions in one. The wheel, the brakes, the electric motor (30 kW) and the suspension.

That leaves a great of possibilities for car makers to reinvent the space allocated inside the car .

  • Annoying

  • what kind of electric motor for traction use, and who makes this engine? thanks

  • Been waiting very impatiently for this tech to be available to the DIY crowd for many yrs now. I have a car sitting in my garage that is aching for 2 or 4 of these in wheel motor/steering/suspension/braking units for some time. Please, make this tech available so that folks like me can afford to retrofit our project cars asap.

  • well if 4 of those setups can do more than 1g acceleration then it certainly looks like in wheel motors will be the way to go. it does seem a tad too good to be true though but maybe. if the driver motor spins really fast and there is high gearing

  • English please..thanks

  • @BokNice ohlala.... le monde c'est international....
