Great playing man!! You at the grad or undergrad level? I'll be applying for the grad level music business program in 2013... just wanted to know what your NYU experience has been like?

hope you got in! i'm looking into similar programs like this...nyu's not my top school but it's up there...i'm definitely applying there this fall. too bad i'm not nearly an accomplished guitarist as you seem to be, haha

@RoKr93 Thank you so much! I did get in and I can't wait to get there! It certainly isn't for everyone but it is definitely worth checking out. It could be a good fit for you. Where are you from?

@hendrixistheking no problem. i think one of the things i like most about your playing is you have a great feel of when to step forward and rip off the guitar solo but you also fade seamlessly into the background during other solos. it's a skill i find underrated.

i'm from a tiny town in indiana, right by purdue university. it's probably the worst college town i've ever seen, haha. resources here for compiling recording portfolios are predictably nonexistent, but i'm doing my best i suppose!
