hey bro not a bad job by any means. the rhythm is quite off and your guitar needs to be tuned however. I recommend you listen to the song line by line and work on singing and strumming. i guarantee with some practice you will have this song in no time! Check out my tutorial if you'd like!
I'd recommend tuning your guitar a little bit as well.. it's sounds a lil sharp ;)
