    For all the people asking how do you do it, it's very simple, make healthy choices in eating and exercise at least 4-5 hours a week (cardio 80% and 20% strength).

    If anyone wants any advice or tips you coudl always shoot me a message.

  • Awesome my goal weight is 185 but I need to lose 65 pounds to get to that goal weight. I am working out for 30 minutes to 60 minutes everyday and I am changing up my routines me and my fiance are doing this. I am also taking pictures every week. So I will post them on here soon enough. I just need to get a month or two into my work out. Nice video.

  • @Chani14922 Diet and Exercise. you need to be consistent and perseverance is key. There is no magic pill, no surgery will give you permanent results. you need to accept that you need to change your lifestyle. Working-out and eating less than your normal would be a good start. Small changes count. goodluck!

  • 300-200 in 5 months...not impressive. 240 to 130 in that time is seriously hard. You must have done some serious dieting. I've lost 95 lb in 1.5yrs, 275-180. First 30 was like nothing. Have had to work for everything else.

  • try not to get surgery dude! try to get ripped and workout your entire body...you are young, so your skin is like elastic and eat raw veggies and fruits/nuts/oats anyaway good luck bro!Plus lots of water but you probably already know that though!

  • do sprints it will tighten up your mid section give it about 4 months worth of sprints and vitamin e lotion before you think of surgery i wanted to lose weight so i went to the cooper institute for personal training and sprinting has helped me get abs with no loose skin and i was 100 lbs overweight also the foods you eat

  • try encorporating as much raw whole foods into your diet as you can.

    If you start eating more fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds and make sure that those type of meals are the majority of what you are eating instead of unnatural foods, you will lose weight.

  • you have to weight train to tighten your skine and firm you up. refrain from drinking sugars. Instead Green tea, water, milk, or soy milk, and 100% juices.

    You'll se the difference. No Gatorade! Just dialute your favorite 100% juice.

  • I think marathon is really risky specially lotsa people died already thats why i never did it. and Balibabi is wrong. no matter how u weight train it wont firm the skin.. it will firm up the muscle for sure but never skin it might stretch the skin cuz of the bulging muscle. The skin will retract a bit by itself but it will never be taut (if u had stretched marks) as compared to a skinny person.

  • @tylergenis Search Dallas Carter Beachbody. he lost half his bodyweight and when I talke to him, he said with the workouts we do all the lose skin eventually is absorbed by the body. You need to workout and eat right. I can get you in touch with Dallas if you need.

  • I used to work for a surgeon who specialized in bariatrics and GB is not good. He recommends lap band if you need to do it. but ppl like instant weight loss. ALWAYS take your vitamins and be careful if you keep eating bad I have seen alot of ppl get lazy and eat juck only to gain it back and be stuck. Goodluck to you.

  • well i never done Gastric bypass and never will..and I maintained my weight for 10 months now.. sure my weight fluctuates.. i eat fastfood.. but nevertheles i ended my diet weighing 130( 10 months ago) and now i weigh 131..(not bad huh?)..I had patients with GB and LB done and its not pleasant at all.

  • well good for you...i lost 180 in 9 months...when i was around 13 and kept if all off for four years..but last year i've gained 50 ibs..so i have a total 100 ibs to lose.. so good for you..

  • Congratulations on losing 100pounds in weight in 5mths, thats no mean feat u look a lot younger looking now. also better skin I admit I was 292 pounds in weight 7 mths ago and nearly at deaths door but I hd lose 40 pounds before having weightloss surgery it was not easy due to having diabilitys but if you overweight and cannot move around dont get disheartend you can start by working on upper body and go from there look at this possative chap if we all can beat the flab together stay strong guys
