Audacity isn't accurate I tried changing with 123bpm to 125 and went I did the math it was 129.90. Is there a more  accurate program?

@TSDREX Find the BPM of the song. You can use a BPM finder online (you find it by clicking in time to the music). Then in Audacity, import the a capella. (If you don't have the acapella, use Kn0ck0ut or something.) input the current tempo in the "Beats per minute from:" box and put "137" in the "to" box.

you need to select the part from the song or record or whatever you're recording. its like selecting text. then effects will be available.
