  • Kurt Bush is the biggest jerk in nascar he deserved to get fired from Penske's team

  • @MegaSwiming didn't get fired do your research

  • they should at least have onboards on each car... i think the fans would like that... espn u wana make up for that fuck up? put cams in each car...

  • I think sadler got the worst of it

  • where's the onboard on sadler?

  • kurt did not get the worst of it

  • if the car of 2maro was never invented well......rip eliot sadler

  • I love how Kurt was so straight up with that interview

  • Stupid ESPN

  • o my god!!!!!

    o my gosh!!!!!!

    o my god wow!!!!!!

  • "How are you?"

    "I feel pretty good"

    "What happened?"

    "Got wrecked on the straightaway"

    "What happened?"

"Jimmie Johnson drove straight through us"

    EPIC interview!! XD

  • No wall is safe when you hit it square (perpendicular), doesn't matter what it's made of because it's gonna hurt bad any way you look at it.

  • "Kurt's getting the worst of it" UHHH BEG TO DIFFER

  • i find it awesome that busch put johnson in the wall at the same spot a year later

  • How is Busch blaming this on Jimmie? He's got to be kidding.

  • 1:36 sounds like sex

  • lol kurt busch's interveiw

  • if you look closly on kurt busches rearview camera you can see elliot sadler crash in the backround

  • of you look closly on kurt busches rearview camera you can see elliot sadler crash in the backround

  • And Kurt's getting the worst of it!

Look 10 feet behind you dumbfucks... fox's cameras actullay move left right up & down

  • if dale dident die elliot would have.

  • @twaddell236 yea, if nascar didn't put better cars, the man would of die on impact

  • @twaddell236

i agree. if dale hadnt been killed in a crash, the HANS device wouldnt have been made mandatory, and seeing how far Sadler's head lurched forward WITH the HANS on, i cant picture how badly he wouldve been hurt, or worse, if the HANS wasnt required.

  • If this would have been Fox, we would have had 6 different views of Saddler's crash.

  • man that was worst wreck ive ever seen and ive been watching nascar since 05

  • ESPN = meh

    TNT = No.

    FOX = HELL YEAH :D

  • Kurts interview was funny!

  • screw ESPN

  • Kurt Busch's wreck was a bigger one than normal, so all of ESPN's cameras (I'm counting four) focused on it. Yeah, they got burned, but considering the low probability of an even bigger crash, it was the right split-second decision.

That said, the coverage immediately after the crash was unacceptable. While Kurt Busch has a decent following and carries a major sponsor, the vast majority of viewers cared more about how the guy whose engine was ripped from his car is doing.

  • Two exceptionally hard hits in one crash video.

  • eney one see poccono race last weekend the new wall the put there? and the new gate on the back after then 9's crash? Nascar doesnt want eney one dieing while there saying how safe things are geting...

  • I just bought the right half of the rear bumper of Elliott's car from this crash

  • elliot is getting the worst of it

  • when elliott sadler took the points lead in the nationwide series at dover. no one on espn mentioned it during the postrace show. espn hates elliott sadler

  • the reason you dont see it is cuz the focus to damn much on "star" drivers. . . equal oppritunity you fuckn dumb dicks.

  • The main reason I don't really watch NASCAR racing anymore is because the broadcasts are just about 100% annoying.

  • This is why Fox should do all races.

  • @Mecob3RS, they didnt know sadler had crashed yet when that was said dumb ass, actully listen to the video

  • Idk if I'm alone here, but I like TNT's coverage of a race more than any other channel. The horrible tag team duo of Larry McRenolds and Darrel Waltrip can single-handedly ruin a race for me. Jerry Punch is an ok commentator but he is so drab. Bill Daughtry is ok as well but like Jerry Punch, he's bleh. IMO TNT should get more races.

  • gotta love how year after year johnson proves what an ignorant fuck he actually is...what is he going to do this year. can't wait to find out

  • I had quite the chuckle when they talked to Kurt.

  • FOX and TNT are way better camera people than ESPN.

  • I am NOT looking forward to ESPN coverage this season. They miss everything. You would think they could afford more than 3 cameras covering the race, which is what it seems. They sure seem to know every time Dale Jr. farts in the seat though.

  • Can Someone please tell me how Sadler's Accident started? I never heard the whole story on it, Just what Elliott said in the interview.

    Thanks!

  • @TheAntihero6212

well i was there but it was a big cloud of smoke from where i was sitting. i saw 2 cars but they only caught kurt on camara. its funny cause they had helicopters that day too. ESPN does suck. i think elliot just was a little quicker getting on the brakes then whoever was behind him. its sad, the hardest ever crash in nascar history and they completely missed it

  • @BADASSED88 it be better if it was a bit more steady

  • Hardest crash in NASCAR history and ESPN missed it.

  • dont they have an on car view on sadler's car?..

  • I think a huge part of the decline in NASCAR's popularity stems from poor quality coverage. Everything is sensationalized. Go watch an old race from the 1990's when someone takes a huge, huge hit. The announcers get quiet and wait for good news. They respected the danger of the sports.

Now they get loud, pay no respects and show replays before people are out of their cars. Also, how the hell do you miss this crash?

  • espn is a joke with no punchline.

  • ESPN, put cameras on all the cars, especially if there's a big crash!!

  • Elliott's 'dega flip was nothing compared to this!

  • 11 years ago, he would've been a dead man.

  • @TopRamenKickAss Busch could have died as well, especially considering that Jim Malloy died from an impact that was less severe in 1972.

  • @Porygonseizureman

You think Malloy's wreck was not as bad as Kurts? He hit the wall head on at Indy going about 190mph....

  • @washington95 Elliott's was however. That wreck, if it happened in Malloy's time would have killed or seriously injured both Elliott and Kurt.

  • I was there, IF it wouldn't be for that chest restraint, we would have had another earnhardt.

  • this is why they should put an onboard camera on the roof and inside of EVERY car

  • @zline18 Uhhh... I think they would have lost Sadler's cam anyways...

  • If they kept the first angle at the beginning of this, we would have seen the crash

  • looks staged.

  • @STREETRACEN4U really? really..? NASCAR is just like any other sport, not STAGED, its all competition..

  • @CAlebSangster24 lol. ok. sure....

  • @STREETRACEN4U how do you really think NASCAR is staged? please explain your reason... i will be completely honest with you, if you give a really good reason, and happen to change my mind on the fact, i will apoligize to you. but first explain.

  • LOL If you look at Kurt's face, it looks like he just realized what happened.

  • i have the ONLY homemade video capturing the crash!

  • 1:42-1:48 = OWNED

  • Fucking pathetic. I remember all the nascar commercials there were on ESPN over the summer. They pushed it so hard, pretending like they cared about nascar, and then their cameras missed history.

I guarantee fox would have captured it. They have cameras all around the tracks focused on all the different groups of cars from the front to the back.

  • I guarentee you! That if Elliot crashed like that with the cars from 10 years ago he would be dead

  • I was at this Race!!! No one knew what happened til like 5 minuets after this happened

  • Kurt sounds like "DUH" when he gets asked the questions

  • the only reason why espn says ther number one is that they payed them to say there number one on the telecast if it were me it would be fox

  • @MrHartfordHockey

Why don't you try writing in English instead of that made-up nonsense language you use?

  • If they didn't pile up all that damn dirt on the other side of the barrier, it wouldn't have been as bad.

  • Reporter: How are you? Kurt Busch: Ahh I feel pretty good. Reporter: What happened? Kurt Busch: Got wrecked on the strait-a-way. Report: How'd it happen? Kurt Busch: Jimmy Johnson drove right through us. I just cracked up laughing!!!

  • If you want a good look at Sadler's crash, search it with RaceView. someone on youtube has a vid, it shows that allmendinger spun elliot into the wall and KEPT HIS MOUTH SHUT ABOUT IT!

  • @PLynnJr95 well allmendinger said he was sorry but espn dint air it i bet you 10 bucks that amatures can do better than this they also dint show allmendingers interview about his flip in dega

  • @MrHartfordHockey wow. just shows that espn really sucks

  • if elliots crash would have happened to a more popular driver, like jimmie johnson, jeff gordon, dale jr, or tony stewart, it would have been all over NASCAR(dot)com!! and they would have had more camera angles

  • like Kurt's Interview after the crash. Great to see Sadler Survive the Hardest Crash in NASCAR History

  • I don't think jimmie is going to have any friends at talladega next week he's created to many enemies. I wouldn't surprised if Kurt tries to bump draft the 48 off the race track.

  • espn is such a joke 1st of all whoever was doin that interview should be fired he was awful and 2nd of all no one even saw the worst crash in nascar history

  • Kurt's getting the worst of it? Shut up douche.

  • What happened: got wrecked on the straightway,

How'd it happen: JJ drove straight through me, lol.

  • why are there 90 degree angles at tracks? Cant they just overlap the walls

  • dude both busch brothers are cry babies

  • he is very lucky to walk away from that

  • I dont understand why there isnt any footage of sadlers wreck. every car has an onboard camera

  • @Mr420woo No they dont, only some do, other cars have a PLACE for a camera, but its not in the car. Nascar just put that there to make cars with a camera even with the cars without one so it distributes the weight properly.

  • REALLY ESPN AT 1:34 YOU SEE ELLIOT SADLER HITTTING THE WALL BUT YOU KEEP FILMING KURT!!!

  • How do they not have a view of Sadlers wreck that just does not seem possible..

and they arent releasing the data they got from the black box thing that measures like G forces and stuff

i mean seriously car goes around get a camera on it

  • jimmie j said he was sorry for causing that a number of times on his radio

  • @mracmillwall Sorry doesn't change what happened though, many times he has wrecked kurt, he did it on purpose.

  • Well to me it looks like the engine flew out from the side

  • Not 1 good camera angle of sadlers crash, ESPN Sucks.

  • @TheMagicalLemon01 i know allmendinger hit him

  • @TheMagicalLemon01 watch my video i got a way better angle!

  • @TheMagicalLemon01 Yea I wished Fox did year round coverage of NASCAR

  • @RuneMacer55 Yeah, it won't happen. But boy, ESPN needs to pull their heads out of their asses and get some GOOD CAMERAS FOR US NASCAR FANS.

  • @TheMagicalLemon01 this wasnt ESPN

  • @epicfail2929 Your account name really applies to you right now.

  • @TheMagicalLemon01 XD that was BEFORE i relized that this was on ESPN ya they do suck

  • @epicfail2929 Hahah they always have with camera angles, NASCAR should use FOX all year if they could, the Pocono race is the first race not FOX.

  • @mcmounim I agree that you're a dope.

  • Psh. Silly American hicks and yokels. You call THAT a crash? Go watch some Finnish rally racing crashes and try and call that a horrible hit again. The guy didn't even get knocked unconscious! Pathetic.

  • @AStandsForFrench Coincidentally I just watched a 10 minute compilation of Finnish rally racing crashes yesterday and they look like carnival rides compared to some of these high speed crashes. I'd link the one I watched here but for some stupid reason YouTube doesn't seem to allow it. Anyway it's the first video when searching for "Crazy Finns Crashing"

  • @MrMuddToYou as opposed to driving in a circle a million times, with the occasional fuckup where one guy taps another sending him careening into a wall or something, causing the mongoloids in the bleachers to hoot and thump their chests because they got to see the only reason anyone actually watches NASCAR

You are literally a retarded hillbilly if you think a car hitting a bump on a corner causing it to do a 720 in midair before slamming into a tree 15ft up is less dangerous than a NASCAR crash

  • @AStandsForFrench Ha ha look at you getting all mad. Just goes to show you race fans are the same the world over no matter what type they follow. You sound just like those NASCAR fans.

  • @MrMuddToYou you know admitting you're trolling makes you A Bad Troll. Sorry for your lots.

  • @AStandsForFrench Shut up you little fag. those finnish idiots suck! why are you even watching it any way if u hate it so much? fucker

  • @zacky1215 sounds like you're a bumpkin, bucktooth! come back in 10 years when your testicles drop you little pube

  • so they got hundreds of cameras around these tracks and not one can get a legit shot of sadler eating shit? (and that shitty angle that shows 1 second of it doesnt count)

  • ESPN broadcasting= cocksucking material

  • "Kurt is getting the worst of it!"

    My ass.

  • @Mecob3RS Thats before they knew bout' Elliot.

  • @hi91023 yeah

  • @Mecob3RS Yeah they had no idea the 19 was hitting the wall behind him. One of the hardest hits I've seen.

  • @Mecob3RS You Got that right

  • @Mecob3RS Well for the moment, after that they realized Sadler got in the wall...

Either way, ESPN doesn't broadcast very well at all...

  • @Mecob3RS agreed

  • @Mecob3RS Well they clearly didn't know that at the time.

  • WOW! Elliott Sadler is my favorite driver! Luckily he didn't get hurt! I have one of my crashes on my channel, but is't probably not as bad as this!

  • "Jimmie Johnson drove straight through us" Kurt Busch

"The 48 is testing my patience it takes a lot to get me mad and I am pissed right now" Jeff Gordon

"We teammates but we don't really talk, and he wrecks us down the Long Pond straightaway" Kasey Kahne

In the words of Rusty Wallace "Don't talk about with the crew or the media go to the other driver" Matt Kenseth does that he never whines to the media. I am a #48 fan though

  • If you do slow motion on Kurt Buschs onboard camera, you can see saddlers car spin in the air. And if you time the second view, the whole wreck looked like Phil finneys daytona wreck many years back.

  • @18sux29rox thank you I cant believe that asshole cameraman didnt have the brains to show sadler go airborn

  • @Jdub1515 yeah, and you would think the cameraman would say to himself "Ok i know everyother camera has that first wreck so let me show the rest of the pack to see if they stack up." How great they would be if they shot NASCARs hardest crash.

  • 80Gs recorded in sadler's car!!

    I call that deathproof

  • how the hell didn't espn have the crash? sloppy camera work!!!!!!!

  • They say Sadler's wreck was the hardest ever in NASCAR history in terms of G-force. Wow.

  • i cringe when i see this wreck.a nasty crash.thank god elliott was okay

  • if only they had shown that first camera angle for like another SECOND! they would have got it, and maybe focused on it more.

  • ohhhh fuck! thats a hard hit.. i dont cus' much but... damn!!!

  • haha like the Kurt Busch comment but he has changed for the better now if only it was his brother and not sadler...........lol

  • damn!

  • yeah, cause Kurt Busch NEVER wrecked anyone.....

  • @copperhead69 Exactly, lol. He did the same thing to Biffle in the 2004 All-Star Race and it led to a Talledega Style Big one.

  • Fuck espn they only showed 1/20 of elliotts crash.

  • i think its funny that everyone is bagging on jimmie for causing this(which he did). and dont get me wrong i dont like him either but it was an accident. kurt busch did the EXCACT same thing to clint bowyer at daytona in july and i dont hear anyone complaining about that?

  • @BlowoverKing ur right

  • I was watching this and i was devastated alot because elliot sadler layed down and the engine came out.

  • @ The Highest Rated Comments, yea... its always Kurt/Kyle's fault when they wreck someone, but when jimmie wrecks someone its just never his fault

  • @KdoubleJz

    I agree with you... rediculous.

  • elliot gets fucked up a lot.

  • thank god for the hans device

  • Sadler slotted right into that barrier. Hard hit.

  • NASCAR did not give Sadler the number of G-forces recorded by the black box device and the governing body typically does not release that information.

"We do not share those numbers except with the team and the folks at the Midwest Roadside Safety Facility at the University of Nebraska," NASCAR said in a statement.

"They want to meet with me this weekend," Sadler said on Tuesday. "But we were told this morning that it was the hardest one they have in their data in history."

  • NASCAR has just announced that this was the hardest impact in NASCAR history.

  • Man, this is one of the worst wrecks in Nascar HISTORY

  • "Jimmy Johnson drove straight through us"...no Kurt you can't keep your car going straight..it shows...always hitting the wall in the corner...I've seen worse bump drafting than that (Talladaga, Daytona) and guys don't spin out...I think it just caught Kurt off guard....maybe he turned him who knows...Elliot was just along for the ride once he got rear ended.

  • @ChrisHoyt. nicely said!

  • Comment removed

  • i wish my atv was as safe as these cars, i got a broke left wrist, broke right thumb, a sprained and bruised left knee(hurts worse than wrist, but i can walk on it. i flipped over the handlebars going around 60mph and the atv landed on top of me, my neighbor seen the whole crash, he said he swore he thought i was dead, but as soon as i stopped sliding i got up it sucks because i just spent 2 weeks and $400 on it, now i got to spend around $500 to get it back right, i hope its not more than that

  • I don't follow NASCAR, and I'm far from an expert on racing in general, but to me this looks like a minor tap with unfortunate (and unintentional) timing.

  • it's amazing to think that these guys survive crashes at 180+ mph and people driving on the road die at 45 mph crashes. i want what they're driving!

  • WTF?? Check out:

    Project Dream Dorm on YouTube

  • "Jimmie Johnson drove right through us"

    yea right

  • Why can't ESPN have more angles of crashes than ONE!?!?!?!?

  • @mcmounim since when did bump drafting become a nono? other than last year...i agree with you on that, but we never saw bump drafting at pocono alot, so busch didnt expect it.

  • "Jimmie Johnson drove straight through us" Quote of the week? If you agree, thumb me up.

  • @KaosuKaiari i hate jj, but that looked pretty unintentional to me. looked like a product of bump drafting. see that same type of wreck at talladega and daytona every year.

  • stupid

  • how come they can't install cameras on all of the cars? i mean if the cameramen can't get a good view of an incident then they could get a few views from the other cars. but anyway i'm glad elliot's okay! :D

  • @nascarjohnsonfan48 the sponsors have to buy the cameras. you see the logos in view of the cameras? thats advertising that they have to pay for. and those cameras are expensive. and to quote the team owners and car designers, "if it dont make it faster, we dont do it, unless its mandatory". which is why they have the "big mac" capsules on the top of all cars and the weight of a camera in them. w/o them it is an aero advantage. so they give them to all teams, but you have to buy the cameras

  • That engine was like: "Shit, this is getting a bit too crazy. I'm getting out of here!"

  • @Mazotheman HAHA I laughed because of ur comment

  • Jimmie was trying to help him and clint was also drifting on the side i am a kurt fan dont get me wrong but he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. I am so glad that elliot is ok wow that was a hard hit thank god they have made them use all the COT and the HANS now in nascar if not he may have never walked away from that one keep up the good work mike on keeping these guys safe

  • if it was any other driver them Jimmy Johnson, NASCAR officials would have penalixed him for aggressive driving, but not Jimmy Johnson, the golden child, what is fair for one ,is fair for all

  • Kurt Busch is such a cry baby.

  • jimmie johnson is the best in the world at what he does but he should have put edwards or stewart in the wall

  • people actually crash driving around a circle?

  • @wk3000

ppl crash going 5 mph in a parking lot.

  • Comment removed

  • @wk3000 actually it was a triangle and on the straight away, and circles dont have straights

  • @shayne1958 lol your comment got spammed

anyway EWWWWW u would think about a nerd in pants u h-o-m-o-s-e-x-u-a-l or is that to big of a word for your tiny redneck brain to understand >)

  • It's racing. Stuff happens.

  • First of all, I'm not a J.J. fan. (he actually makes NASCAR boring, even to a life long fan) But, he did nothing wrong. 2nd, ESPN SUCKS at NASCAR! Please let their contract expire and give it SOLELY to Fox.. And last, I've been LISTENING to NASCAR since your DADDY was in diapers! (Believe it or not, there was a time when it wasn't even on tv. But if you grew up in the south, like me, you could usually find it on the radio. Or you just went to the race!)
