Oooooh come on. Some of us North Americans might be clueless! I enjoyed learning about champagne. The only reason I didn't know much about it is because I came from a family where drinking was frowned upon. It's not like she was trying to offend anyone. You'd be surprised how many classless people there are around! Obviously you are not one of them. :)
