TRAVELING IN EASTERN EUROPE you can find police , custom , border officials corrupted. in Bulgaria for 10 000 dollars any Turkish citizen can enter in EURO ZONE. THERE is a continuous traffic of people and goods from turkey to Bulgaria and Romania. every day border officials from Hungary find in trucks hundreds of middle east and asian nationals. terrorist and/ or nuclear material easily can be transported in western states. in many occasions they have found drugs -record capture drugs !!!

FUNDS have been swindle by many government agency... as we speak and within a deep and long recession ROMANIA instead of reducing expenses and salaries , they dare to increase wages to all public officials . public funds have disappeared in useless and questionable projects - public or private !!!!

You know why money disappears so fast here? Because Romania targets into keeping people working rather than getting people to work efficiently and produce and get the country running.

On the other hand european companies that sucked a lot of money from the market in Romania, didn't expand they're industry here and impose they're standards to help Ro. They also let it rot after buying it for close to nothing, in order to expand they're market and kick Ro off it.
