  • How many pushups on a row can you accomplice? And is there any special technique for making pushups with only one arm? Or mostly strength? I can make 30 pushups(weighing around 50 kilos(and is still a kid)), I find it wierd that I can't even make one with one arm.

  • @0AJKing it's a variation of the t-bar row,people do that movement with stupid amounts of weight, ronnie coleman with 12 plates.. it's really not bad for your back if you have a good positioning like he does and don't go too heavy.

  • Ahoj, Jak casto je to rlativni v prumery 3-4x tydne. Cviky na bricho? je jich spousta. Na netu najdes vse. Bohuzel ti neporadim zazracny cvik, i kdyz oblibeny moje jsou v tomhle starym videu,ale jsou narocny. A i kdyz se ti to bude zdat nelogicky tak pokud si prejes mit six pack na brichu tak to neni o cvicich na bricho....

    Some people wont develop massive legs unless they gain overall body fat and a bigger waist.

    Anyway, i say this guy is doing a good job. Looking good is all about having the right proportions. Getting bigger perse has nothing to do with this.

  • Yes, I know my legs are hole, but I training them with par intensity as upperbody and their power is coresponding with upperbody....So I have not such genetic... but I will do with it in FUTURE...by any training methods for training legs..sure ;).

    i need good gloves for lifting weight because after workout my hands are always fucked up :D

  • I quite accustom no using it lately and hands are relatively ok, but sometimes are necessary for correct grasp. But I couldnt absolutely without hand belts for some exercises such as dead lift, lifting in forward bend with one hand dumbells or lifting overarms with one hand dumbells and It is good for pull ups. I using lifter waist for dead lift and squats too. I have leather gloves with wristlet by firm " Biotech".
