How many pushups on a row can you accomplice? And is there any special technique for making pushups with only one arm? Or mostly strength? I can make 30 pushups(weighing around 50 kilos(and is still a kid)), I find it wierd that I can't even make one with one arm.

Yes, I know my legs are hole, but I training them with par intensity as upperbody and their power is coresponding with upperbody....So I have not such genetic... but I will do with it in FUTURE...by any training methods for training legs..sure ;).
