China and Tibet were controlled by Mongols at Yuan Dynasty and by Manchus at Qing Dynasty.
Mongols, Manchus and Tibetans are not Chinese.
Every treaty and agreement that is signed with Tibet and every stamp on a Tibetan passport recognises Tibet. Google "Tibet treaties" and "Tibet passport" to learn more.
