@eleesful Actually Nintendo and SEGA are really good friends. They have the same kind of "fun loving" game atmosphere. If anything, both of them are battling the more "serious themed" developers such as Activision, Bethesda, Ubisoft, ect. Both are great play styles. If I feel like going on an adventure of hardships and overcoming my enemies I play Skyrim or Fallout. If I want a colorful and fun loving experience that just makes me happy I play Mario or Sonic. It's a beautiful concept, isn't it?

@XshortysX I have read the Sonic Comics. But the comics and cartoons, as good as they are, aren't canon to Sega who make the video games. Sally and the other Freedom Fighters were characters the writers of the comic invented to enhance the bland story Sonic had that the time. The only element from the comics/cartoons that really has been made canon is chili dogs are Sonic's favorite food, and even that was only confirmed recently.

@Videos12273 Because alot of people believe Tails IS a girl, in the original Japanese version, when Sonic 2 was JUST starting to be developed, Tails was suppposed to be Sonic's girlfriend. But Amy is, and Tails is a boy, but believe me, my teacher at school, and half my classmates think Tails is a girl.
