Thank you for this good video.
Many years ago I found the book: "Bikrams beginning yoga class".
After reading that book I realised that the method that Bikram brought to the world was not only useful for me, can be seen as a higly effective method for the modern people to study the techniques of the old yogis and benefit from it.
Bikram is not the only guru who brings yoga to us, but in my opinion Bikram yoga will have the best results for most of the yoga students.
Highly recommended!
