the song tells about a girl who was leave by her beloved one without a word because he doesn't like her anymore. Even though she still missing and love him.

I know the song reflects what the girl was thinking after the operation but actually the truth is totally different and the video shows the hole story. So the song should match the hole story as well, shouldn't it?
