This verse is directly referring to the book of MORMON, as it doens't mean could be some evangelical nutjob like you, because you are part of the unbelievers of Babylon.

Absolutely the reference to false angels or prophets is in reference to those who teach any other gospel than that of Jesus Christ. Moroni nor Joseph ever taught anything contrary to the teachings of Jesus Christ. The acid test is to pray to God and to discern through the confirmation of the Holy Ghost as to whether anything is true or false.
Other than using the name of Jesus, there is nothing Christian in mormonism at all. It is a lie of satan from begining to end. Most so called christian cults like the JW's could be believable to some one with a shallow grasp of scripture but, mormonism is so far out and wacky that they can only be under strong delusion.
