when ps3 achievments first came out they did not include them in the earlier games

this is similar to the 360 they are only putting avatar awards in for upcoming games such as Cod, Halo etc

I think it's cool that you can go into the marketplace and look at that stuff. Since none of it really serves a purpose, looking at it in the menu there probably generates just as much entertainment as buying it, so that's fine with me.
