  • "he's back?"

no fudge, that was really Dobby dressed up in a costume

  • i absolutely love this scene, i's so emotional and always brings tears to my eyes. daniel is a brilliant actor but i have to say, in some of the parts of that scene it looks and sounds a bit like harry is suffering from U-NO-POO.

  • @VoldemortInDisguise not trying to criticise it or anything. i <3 Harry Potter it's my childhood.

  • I always tear up when I see Harry staring back at his friends :'/

  • DAH

  • Random little appearance at 1:12

  • @BedfordMulesSports58 i think you mean to say funniest part of the harry potter series

  • @dgreen41791 'bleh!' Favorite quote.

  • My favorite scene out of all the movies :)

  • I think this is one of the few scenes that I prefer in the movie rather than the book. It just transmits so much more emotion here, with Harry fighting to overcome Voldemort by the bonds that he created with his friends, bonds that Voldemort knows nothing of.

    Beautifully done.

  • When he starts seeing flashbacks of his friends and family, I always start crying. :'(

  • Voldemort is like the second part of you that you see when your so angry... it seems so unhuman that it scares you, and you stuggle to control it.

If I met him, the footing of his ass would be taking place.

  • OMG the eyes O-O 1:09

  • BLÉ ! 1:09

  • Voldermort at 1:09

  • This is absolutely amazing, I've seen this video more than once over the years, and it still brings chills down my spine when Lord Voldemort says "Look at me." Best scene from all the movies I think.

  • your powers are weak, old man.

  • This is perfect, so true to the book. I bawl my eyes out everytime.

  • When i saw it,i cried.mind you, i NEVER cry in movies..that's the reason i love harry potter : everything those 3 minutes show: that what you need to get over difficulties is courage, friends, and love :')

  • This scene is one of the best HP scenes the scene is by itself really intense but the part really hits you the one that makes you bawl your eyes out is when they show hermione hugging Harry or the other scenes from way back when it reminds you how hard life is for them now and how sad it is they barely even laugh anymore and when he recognizes the power he has over voldemort is the fact that he can love LONG LIVE HARRY POTTER!!!!

  • I cried so hard on the cinema when I first saw it...

  • By far the most powerful and outstanding scene of all eight movies. It captures what HP stands for: in the end, evil will always be conquered by love and friendship. <3

  • i cnt believe ppl think twilight is better than harry potter

  • I remember when i saw it in the theater. I cry for him. Even if i know that he doesn't die right now. But it prove that Harry can fight Voldemort, because he has friends, love, courage . . . Daniel, You're a great actor ! And i'm really happy that you play Harry. I can imagine someone else who can play Harry !

  • oh damn it, this ist the most powerful scene in the whole harry potter series, everytime i watch it, i run over tears.

  • This is my favourite scene. I love it so much.

  • One of my favorite scenes in the whole Harry Potter series.

  • Oh god, even Dumbledoor didn't know what to do. Poor Harry :(

  • 1:58 gives me the CHILLS

  • Amazing scene!!!!

  • This is the most powerful scene in the whole series! In a mere 2:55 minutes, you truly see not only what the books are all about but how Harry will never be like Voldemort because he has friends and is blessed to be loved by all of them.

  • Thank you all Youtubers!

  • DA! .... funniest part ever

  • You guys know, why Lord Voldemort leaves Harry Potter's body so quickly?

Because Harry Potter's heart is very pure to Voldemort take it.

In my way i think that even when Voldermort was in Harry's Mind/Heart he was having some, shall i say "Pain".

  • Fudge: *gasp* He's back!

Me: No shit sherlock! He's been back for an entire year! *facepalm*

  • I wish Harrys friends would see if they could help him when Voldamort invades Harrys mind.

  • This makes me cry because, as another person said in the comments, in this scene you see the true meaning of Harry Potter.

  • I thinks this is one of the most saddest scenes in Harry Potter saga. It has topped with Snapes' memories and Dumbledore's farewell. Because it let's you know what Harry has felt through the hole book or film...The fear he has of becoming like Voldemort (even if he'll never be like him at all), the feeling of being alone in the world. And then you see all his friend there telling him he's not alone just by being there. This scene always makes me cry, and It always wil.

  • 1:11 what?

  • 1:09 Da!

  • @ob5account lmao voldemort says teh doesn't he

  • Comment removed

  • Really beautiful:)

  • Really Fudge you didn't know he was back because maybe if weren't so busy making a fool out everyone you probly notice sooner

  • i cried the first time i saw this

  • I love the look on dumbledores face at 0:28

  • Comment removed

  • He never catches a break, does he? People wish they could be him, but they really just want the fame. They dont realise how tortured Harry truly is; yet he's such a good person, despite that

  • 1:11 voldemorts driver license photo

  • 1:11 the best split second in the entire series.

  • This is my best clip from the films, the acting is so good!!

  • I think during the 8th movie when harry dies in the forest (sort of) his life should have flashed before his eyes and a more complete montage of memories should have appeared... would have drove me to tears

  • @KeARtLMoPAJFA yea it really should, instead of that loud irritating noise.

  • never will we get a film like this. we might get tryhards like narnia but never will we get something like harry potter. i havnt even seen a scene as good as this. im gonna miss films like this when im older

  • @jamie280297 Narnia was like 50 years before Harry Potter....A better reference would have been Twilight.

  • @pwngeeves true but twilight is just suck a load of bullshit. i try not to think about it

  • Dang Harry was Punching the glass. 2:03 2:05 2:06

  • 1:12 for Troldemort . Lol

  • 1:58 I get the chills...the flackbacks reverse and stuff. ugh i love it.

  • Man Harry knows how to grieve!!!

  • i love how voldemort randomly pops up at 1:12 :)

  • Fudge- he's back!

Dumbledore and harrys thoughts- no s#1t that's what we've been trying to tell you for a whole year

  • 0:25 - 0:27: harry/voldemort:YOU'VE LOST OLD MAN

2:20 - 2:30 VOLDEMORT:YOUR A FOOL HARRY POTTER AND YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING

man voldemort sure knows how to hit you in the soft spot

  • this scene shows how much his parents mean to him <3 his parents he never even met and it shows how much ron and hermione mean to him also <3

HARRY POTTER THE MOVIE ABOUT LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP <3

  • 1:10-1:11 HAHAHAHA best part

  • i am going to admit right now that this scene, the last scene with cedric's body and his father in the 4th movie, and pretty much most of the final movie, PT 2. i would always have tears in my eyes, no matter how hard i tried. that's how well these actors did because of how emotional they were able to do these scenes.

  • Daniel you are a fantastic actor. I am proud of you and I am proud of Harry and you as a human have been stretched beyond your being in this scene but you handled it so well and so bravely. I am blessed that you are on this Earth. Never been prouder of you <3

  • @Meganfoxroxmysox

Its not like you have to look very deep to see that lol. I mean its pretty obvious that love and friendship is a key part of the story, its not like you have to point it out, we all see it too. Harry does say, "and youll never know love or friendship" for fucks sake.

  • @3419soxnation You'd be surprised by the amount of people out there who don't get it. Such as the conservative ones who rejected Harry Potter because they believed it promoted witchcraft. That should be pretty obvious to you.

  • @3419soxnation Haha I scrolled down While watching and read that part while I heard it lol, But very true. Love and friendship is everything.

  • when i first watched this i was on the verge of tears. And then when her did the snake-ish pose and speech i was bawling>>> :(

  • 1:32 - 1:44 ϟ =```)

  • it's odd that voldemort -as he possesses harry- doesn't suspect that he is his horrocrux

  • and this is the part where I go "AWW, HELL NAWW!!"

  • When harry is talking back to voldemort, it just breaks my heart because when he`s saying "You`re the weak one, and you`ll never know love or friendship" he sounds so young , and tired.

  • I love this scene ♥ the best in this film.

  • everyone approaches cautiously as dumbledore holds harrys limp body i cried so much in all of these movies

  • also how all of his friends run in and look at harry laying on the ground with dumbledore kneeling beside him pretty much saying its ok and harry looking so helpless

  • when voldemort started talking out of harry dumbledores face was like "oh shit"

i feel so bad for harry in this part because he's in so much pain

  • You're a fool Tom Riddle. And you will lose everything... =)

  • In this scene, you see the true meaning of Harry Potter. Harry Potter isn't just about magic, witches & wizards, and it is not evil. Harry Potter is about Love, Friendship, Courage & Bravery! & you see it all in this one scene. If you look past the obvious and take a deeper look, you'll see what its true meaning. This scene just blows me away!

  • @Meganfoxroxmysox1 In the end love wins

. I really love this scene, you just read my mind with this comment!

  • voldemort:why do live ?

harrys memory of ron and hermione

harry:because i have something worth living for

  • This is one of the only scenes in Harry Potter that i feel they did better in the movie then in the Book. It shows more of the battle between Harry and Voldemort and that Harry's ability to Love that made the difference between them

  • @kaybbayyy2362 I completely agree.

  • 2:07 he was catching some head from Bellatrix

  • 207 he was catching some head from Bellatrix

  • I have to say there are some truly moving and emotional pieces of music in the fifth and later films. The scenes get to me but the music brings tears. The piece possession in the fifth Dumbledores farewell in the sixth and statues/courtyard appocalyose in the seventh pt 2 all bring tears

  • I think this is one if the most wonderfully acted scenes out if all of the HP movies. Although is different from the book, it's still so deeply emotional. I love this. Long live Harry Potter!!

  • In the book Harry is in excruciating pain..But in this scene it just looks like he is having emotional flash backs. And I know this sounds wired but I guess I wish Harry was yelling or something a bit more. You know what I mean?...But I still totally love this scene!

  • Okay I know this is super serious and I love this scene but when Harry is talking about Voldemort its so cheezy and i can't help from laughing! hahaha

  • i accidentally paused at 2:06 and totally ruined the whole serious moment...

  • Comment removed

  • 1:12 pause there. TROLOLOLOLOLO

  • That flashback when Harry hugs Hermione (from the second/first film?) just shows how powerful this scene is, I was in tears. The music aswell, what's it called, it's beautiful!

  • @lordvoldemort578 because he wanted him to feel pain and guilt

  • i know this is horrible and all but i kinda feel bad for voldemort when harry starts to tell him he'll never experience love or friendship, at 1:50 its alsmot as if he knows that he wont experience them, and that he sortve regrets doing what he did, but thats just me being a death eater fan and all

  • "He's Back!"

    ....Thanks tips.

  • I will never forget this! In theatres when Fudge said "He's Back!", EVERYONE in the theatre shouted "DUH!!" at the screen!! Priceless!

  • @DellaRobbiaStern123 Yes, this is film Number 5, Order of the Phoenix.

In this Scene, Voldemort possesses Harry :)

  • Did Voldemort just appear or something? Damn it I wish I saw the whole movie! This is 5 right?

  • 0 dislikes, just how it should be.

  • My absolute favorite scene.. and one of my favorite lines from Dumbledore.. "Harry.. it isn't how you are alike.. it's how you are not."

  • one of my favourite scenes. i guess we all do that, wrestle between good and bad, makes the scene relateable. i love the hp films.

  • Wow this scene is so AMAZING! and the music just makes it even more poignant.

  • What is the name of the music ?

  • This part always makes me sad for some reason. I love how they show flashbacks from the previous films.

  • 0:25 Dumble Holy shishcabob

  • O.o is it werid that I think it would have been more epic if for like at lieast one movie Harry was evil?

  • Minister of magic: he back....

me: NO SHIT YOU DUMB MOTHERF***ER!

  • @TheAlexis1246 i know right

  • @TheAlexis1246

Yep pretty much my reaction too, I thought "YA THINK????!!!!"

  • @314teehee: Learn to spell you idiot.

  • how creepy! at least he has green eyes right?

  • I lol'd so much at the green screen background behind Voldemort hahahahah

  • HE'S BACK!

  • this is hilarious! well voldemort at least

  • Eu gosto da parte em que as lembranças dos amigos salvam a vida dele

  • "He's back".

Ah tiens! On tient un scoop! --'

  • @nyahrandom he says teh not dah lol

  • Voldemort-Your a foul Harry, and you will lose everything

    Harry-Everything....but my nose.

  • I love this scene! I really like how they showed just how much the death of Cedric really messed with Harry in the movie. First, with his anger and hostility through out the movie, but also when Harry sees him die over and over when Voldemort possesses him. So, so tragic.

  • i love hermione's look when she sees harry possessed on the floor!!

  • you're the weak one...ah i love it when he says it...

  • So weak, so vulnerable.

  • @thefran901 Look at me.

  • How the hell does Dumbledore let Voldemort not only crouch upon Harry but even point at him with his wand? That´s the kind of thing that just wouldn´t happen in the books. But it is still a good scene.

  • @TheMajin7 No Voldemort stopped time, look at how the dust on the ground is in mid-air and Dumbledore is completely still, he's made it so that only Harry can see him (until of course fudge and his ministry friends come in)

  • @TheMajin7 I think if your refering to 1:49 he's pointing his wand at him through his mind. It's like Snape described earlier in the movie, he's not only possessing Harry, but he's trying into induce hallucinations that will tear apart his mind. It's only because Voldemort's evil can't touch the light of love that Harry is able to retain his sanity when thinking of the ones he loved.

  • haha at 1:52 Dumbledore's like

    "I beg your Pardon?"

  • @RubberDuckHead he was talkin to u 1:52 :P lol

  • Am i the only one who always cries during this scene?

  • @Jmvm1231 No, I cry EVERY time. Plus, I sobbed the whole way through the Deathly Hallows part 2.

  • @Jmvm1231

I have to cry too during this scene^^

  • HE'S BACK!

  • For everything harry potter go to dumbledoresarmy1.webs.com

  • Fuck all, omg this is not a funny scene and all look retarded!!!!!!

  • @MrDasneves1 cool story bro

  • "He's back!"

BIG DUH at the theatre xD

  • @PvtCarvahal Someone laughed when I watched it at the cinema

  • how come none of his friends try to help him??

  • They should have put da seen were harrys lokking in da mirror and sees hiz parentz

  • @314teehee They did put that scene. It was earlier in the film, and then, the closeup of Harry's parents smiling is from that scene.

  • Moving

  • one of my favorite scenes of the whole franchise

  • THE music is "possession" of Nicolas hooper

  • Whats the music playing in this part?

  • Press 1 for a fart

  • You've lost, old man.

  • what would have been cool is if harry took over voldermorts soul and he was good yet evil at the same time if that makes sense

  • "He's back!" Lol

  • Easily one of the best moments in the series. Daniel Radcliffe and Michael Gambon are EXCELLENT here. Gambon's performance nearly makes me cry; you see how much Dumbledore cares for Harry.

  • I agree!

Dumbledore is a father figure to harry!

  • hes back!

  • i forgot about this scene. its one of my favourites. its so amazingly acted, and heart breaking to watch. it tugs on my heart strings

  • "You're the weak one, and you'll never know love or friendship, and I feel sorry for you." That quote easily makes it into the top 10 for best quotes out of the whole series. You know what I was surprised by? In the entertainment magazine, they did an article on the series and in the Order Of The Phoenix strip, they didn't have that as a memorable quote. I think it's beautiful. Describes Voldemort perfectly.

  • @cheerfulchip197 You know what the top quote of the series is though right..?

  • @WaveWonder1 Of the whole series? I have no idea. But the top quote of The Order Of The Phoenix was "Working hard is important, but there's something that matters even more- believing in yourself. Think of it this way: Every great wizard in history has started out as nothing more than what we are now- students. If they can do it, why not us?" But I don't know the most memorable out of the entire series.

  • @cheerfulchip197 "NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU BITCH"

  • @WaveWonder1 Wait... was that an insult to me or an actual quote. O.O
