If you go to Factcheck, to the 2008 submission of Obamas COLB, you will see a photo of the Hawian Register Seal with signature. Then if you go to Obama's birth certificate you will notice the seal is identical to the one shown for the COLB, what I mean is the signature is the same, and the positioninig of the signature is exactly the same within the seal area. So, its either a exact copy or the Register does NOT actually sign within the seal.

There are different kinds of citizens, there are naturalized citizens, native born citizens and natural born citizens. The difference is how many parent citizens you have. Obama having only one parent citizen is a "native born" citizen, if he had 2 parent citizens he would be "natural born" and would be eligible according to the Constitution.
