Fact: Duran Duran thought up this song while on tour in Brazil. Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, and Rio Grande do Sul (three Brazilian states) may come in mind, but that's not what they wrote about--they wrote about the Rio Grande river (between USA & Mexico), go figure!
