@DreadfulControversy I'd say you do a damn good job of keeping you chest out and back arched until the very last couple of reps on the 425x3. Your form faltered a bit, but that is bound to happen sometimes. The idea is to eventually minimize it as much as possible.
I didn't realize you'd already done 440. In that case, you must be pretty good at working with maximal weight. I think 460 is a distinct possibility.
good way to finish off another cycle of 5/3/1, looks like you are making some great progress using it, your going to be hitting 500 sooner or later if this keeps up! My diet is pretty similar to yours as well, its not super healthy but super bad mediocre and average, burgers, fries, rice, steak, chicken, potatoes etc..
@DannySportsTalk I know, everyone tells me that, and the dude I train with told me I should cross train yesterday. Not really interested in it, though.
But, I usually just eat whatever I can to be honest. I don't have a job, and I'm not an expert cooker so it's usually a burger and fries, baked fish and rice, and other, mediocre and repetitive meals that I have to continuously eat.
@DreadfulControversy Whoever doesn't deadlift is missing out on a whole lot of muscle everywhere in the body. I actually don't know what my max is, lol.
Good job bro! Thats a strong deadlift, Im sure you were capable of another rep or 2. You were pulling it off the floor prettty quick, just seems like lockout is the hardest part for you.
@pbhenry Nah, that last rep had me, hence the struggle to lock out. I never had a problem with locking out on deadlifts. Only the bench. But thanks a lot bro!
doin your work bro! thats what i like to see!

@TirumphantAce It's higher, I deadlifted 440 in August with ease. Check my videos. I might go for 460 after my last week of light back.
But thanks a lot, I'll keep that in mind. I try to make sure my back is up and not rounded.

@TirumphantAce OK, I'll keep that in mind, thanks for the critique. Yea, I might try 460 and see where it leads me.

Very very nicely done. Looks like your max is somewhere in the ball park of 440-445. Your strength is increasing at a precipitous rate.
Your form has also improved greatly. Just work on keep those hips down and that back flat; you are really making excellent strides my friend.

@dinamiaesthetics Your back is basically your body's support frame, you should WANT to keep it strong, or at least fit.
