No substance in these ideas! Just empty words! Where will the jobs come from? Is China going to outsource them? Put your thinking cap on and come up with some real solutions!! BTW; we all know that bio-fuels cost more to produce than what they sell for. It's a total waste of subsidy money, welfare for farmers actually. What solved the problem in the 30's was FDR's Public Works Program, that's what we need today only in a ultra hi-tech realm! We need an entrepreneurs WPA to bring America Back!
