In my opinion, this is one of Sinatra's best songs ever. He benefited, of course, from the Kern/Hammerstein song, one of the best in all the pop repertoire, and from the Axel Stordahl's excellent arrangement. However, in the end it's Sinatra's voice that makes the song. It is just breathtaking.
