@kottsork I have not been very obsessive about counting calories, I just eat when I am hungry. But I have curbed my caloric intake cause of several factors. I know I can count calories but if I am hungry I get really bothered by not being able to eat. Generally speaking I think this is why I till have a hard time losing the weight that I wanted to lose.
I've actually been reading up more on fitness techniques, and I have some compiled guides that I found very informative. I can send you the links if you like.
try a really good shake like AMP at GNC im loosing fat and my muscle are increasing a lot in all my body...
