This video is gorgeous. I love watching it! Very inspiring. I've been hooping for a little over 2 months now, and love it every day. I'll say in response to the person who is just looking to lose weight and tone: go to the gym. i think losing weight and toning is definitely a benefit of hooping, but it can't be your driving force....because you'll most likely not continue it unless you really enjoy and get lost in what you're doing.
