Thanks for replying to my comments. I just got the ikelite housing with the flip ultra and can't get my video's to upload to youtube in HD??? What program do you use to format and edit your video? And in what format do you upload?
Are you able to upload the video, but then after an hour or so get an error saying it can't recognize the format? There's a youtube bug that makes that error show up. I found that you can get around it by using Youtube's Bulk Upload page - it shows up as an option on the upload screen.
I usually process in iMovie, and save as an h.264 file in a .mov container.
Did you use any kind of color correcting filters or know of any that are available for green water settings. I know ikelite makes one for standard lens but I'm not sure about the wide angle. Also, are you using the ikelite port adapter for your wide angle lens? Are you using any kind of light for your camera as well?
I don't use any filters since 1) they usually work best in shallow water and we tend to dive deeper than that, and 2) our local water can be quite murky and filters cut down on the available light. Ikelite does make optional blue and green water filters that fit over the W-20 wide lens. I am using a port adapter #9306.78 for the wide lens, and unfortunately I don't have any video lights yet. Thanks for the questions!

Thanks!! This is actually with the Ikelite underwater case for the Flip, along with a wide angle lens converter.
However, I don't think we ever went deeper than 30ft on this dive so the Flip underwater case would have been fine too.
