this is my friend from back in high school, and i know her, maybe she wasnt 100% right in all this, but that cop had no reason to do that to her all she was doin was tryen to fix her bra strap and he slammed her down. its not right.. not in any way, she wasnt tryen to hit him or anything, he had no right to do that to her. *AMBIE*
He had EVERY right to secure her the way he did.. Bottom line is this.
