Cutlet is also one of the most popular cuisine in Japan. Maybe Germany is its roots, because in my hometown it's sometimes called a "Schnitzel"

Mit Kalbfleisch schmeckt das Schnitzel meiner Meinung nach besser. Dazu noch einen leckeren Kartoffelsalat mit geschmelzten Speck und rohen Zwiebelwürfel. Ein Gedicht sage ich euch. Man muss ja kein Meister sein um das zu wissen. Ein echtes Wiener Schnitzel wird aus Kalbfleisch gemacht. Ist es aber Schwein oder Pute muss man es nach Wienerart nennen. Also viel Spass beim nach machen. ;)
