  • Apparently then Temporal Lobe controls vision. Funny, I thought it was the Occipital Lobe that controls vision. Guess my collegiate level Anatomy class taught me the wrong thing.

  • @favorable92 It does, but not in the way you are thinking. The temporal lobes help us identify what we are looking at. Right side is visual, left side is auditory.

  • @favorable92 perhaps you should have studied harder

  • I like watching people get a massage. It is very relaxing.

  • I wonder if the presenter ever reviewed/checked the quality of the speech/sound before putting here. Speak slow and clearly to make sure what is said and get a feedback from a peer to see if it makes sense. You may be good at what you are doing, but make your skills shine and market it well. Too much echo in the sound.

  • that dude is definitly a fag

  • هذا عملي وهذه خبرتي ...questo il mio lavoro come naturopata

  • هذا عملي وهذه خبرتي

  • Third eye? We call that a forehead.

  • Every time he said a good place to massage, I massaged myself there. I now have a headache. :( Make sure it is someone else doing the massage, not yourself.

  • ahhhhh :)

  • I keep looking at the comments and not the video.. Hahaha.. I wish they would keep the comments together so I can see how stupid people are.

  • loved the acupressure at the end, notice the little fingers used at the same time!

Shoot I'll think I'll take a nap,,;) with her of course, someone has to look over her happiness

  • getting a massage is better than having sex

  • @jukio02 Your doing it wrong

  • = / the hypothalamus is not at the base of the skull...

  • AND anyone who thinks I am ignorant can go head to head with me on any subject. In fact, I welcome anyone to challenge me on logical grounds.

  • @passinafternoon There are 10 types of people in this world, those who know binary and those who don't. There's a logical challenge for ya. o_0

  • @MaxPFC Binary is a pain in the ass to use...Had to learn that for class...

  • Truth is not relative. Newton may have studied astrology but it is not his ideas on astrology that are taught in physics classes. Fuck you all who think culture trumps truth. Truth is truth is truth. One plus one is two no matter who says otherwise.

  • @MassageTherapyVal Just because he studied astrology doesn't mean he believed in it. Further, he also studied alchemy which is 100% bogus just like astrology and unicorns.

  • @verse1923 lol you know that much of the world believes that the world is going to end in the 2012 because of astrological predictions of a dead culture right?

  • most of the commentators on this video , in my opinion, would benefit greatly benefit from a nice ayurvedic head massage.

  • will he do that to a cute, handsome, sexy and well hung guy like me?

  • Did anyone else hear the people screaming near the end of the video?

  • I DONT WANT TO SEE MCDONALDS NEW SHITTY OATMEAL! id rather make my own, theirs probably has sugar snuck into it like the hamburgers and salads to make you addicted.

  • massaging the third eye wtf?

  • When massaging the temporal lobe, wouldn’t the skull get in the way?

  • You are NEVER supposed to massage the carotid arteries simultaneously. That can be dangerous and they teach you never to do that in medical school, nursing school and supposedly massage school! They are two large main vessels that contain baroreceptors (pressure receptors) that, when massaged, sense that the blood pressure is too high. Homeostatic mechanisms immediately kick in to lower your blood pressure, and you can fall unconscious. Man...

  • @DrJekyll10000 yeah but theyre indians.. they still dont understand toilet paper for fucks sake

  • @luckyphilster

lol way to go in confirming the worlds perception of Australians being culture-less racists

  • @MikefromMadrid way to go in confirming your personal ignorance! that must be just your perception because Australia is one of the least racist countrys in comparison to other countries - it is an extemely multi-cultural country- and neither is there a world view that it is racist or cultureless- youre very statment is hypocritical as you are obviously racist against Australians- try going there, you'll find the people are delightfully friendly, tolerant and accepting with a rich culture!

  • @dancingnancy09

    Australians aren't race...

  • @skinlo01 he said "least racist" not race.

  • Wow - he can massage the hypothalamus without removing part of the skull and brain!

  • @Grobbendonkthecat I was thinking the same thing! As that part came up, I was thinking, "Wait a minute, that's the cerebellum...." and earlier he said the temporal lobe controls vision and hearing, which is incorrect. The temporal lobe is in charge of hearing only, whereas the occipital lobes are on the back of the brain, and connect to your eyes.

  • @Grobbendonkthecat Read the transcript, he meant to say hypotiminous

  • The subtitles are good. But, they block 3/4th of the screen. Could you please remove them and put them in the side bar? Thanks.

  • Oh my God...put on 'transcribe audio'.

    "This is not a signal."

  • the masseur at 43" is talking about the THIRD EYE actually

  • i kick you azz ..retard

  • Sorry, meant 0:32

  • @gib412 how does that temporarily paralyze you?

  • That thing he is doing with his thumb at 0:25 will lay you out. I had that done to me once and I was paralyzed afterward.

  • does he mean cerebellum...?

  • @femilyrpy nah its a glad the hypothalmus gland...spelt weong ...its at the top of the spine

  • That girl is beautiful. I'd love to give her a masssage!

  • Very relaxing to watch this and the tone of his voice is so calm, nodding off now zzzz

  • I can never give my girlfriend a massage like this because every time I do we just endup getting giggy after 20 seconds.

  • he haves a smooth soft voice i like it

  • HRDINA1: You can not manipulate a part of the brain from the outside of your head. Learn some biology! And how to read sarcasm!

  • Who wrote the captions? I was not aware that I had a "hypertiminous" in my head. Learn something new every day.

Why is it that humans have to take a simple thing like the pleasure of a massage and entangle it with mythology and pseudo-scientific crap?

  • @ihadthisdream1

hypothalamus is a part of the brain, you are a very special listener

  • @HRDINA1 "Hypertinimous" was written in the captions, not said aloud.

  • how did you do the transcribe audio option?

  • Or just snap their neck and steal their wallet. Quicker...

  • go to Kerala in India to get the real ayurvedic massage...Kerala is the birth place of ayurveda..!!

  • if you mute this and use the transcribe audio option in the captions section you'll laugh hard

  • it's even funnier with the audio still on- my opinion anyways

  • @sebaspasco HAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA

  • fly away tinker bell.

  • Sounds like babies or young children making a fuss

  • the scream starts at 2:20 listen close...

  • yea good ear.

  • i think there a little girls in backround, behind the house they get tortured by getting the third eye robbed :D

  • ok does anyone else hear the screaming at the end?wtf is going on?

  • WTF? Hypothalamus at the base of the skull. What is he talking about? He specifically said that the hypothalamus is at the base of the skull. That is absurd!

  • I don't need to go massage school, I need to have an indian head massage. I need to go to relax.

  • guys I realy want to find indian head massage in Los angeles California. I am looking indian head massage place for a year and I cant find it. if someone know the place pleas tell me.

  • there is a ayurvedic massage school center in encino, on ventura blvd, google it.

  • This guy may give an OK massage, but he does not know SHIT about neuroanatomy.

  • Third eye shmird eye what a bunch of hooey

  • Actually the "third eye" he is referring to is located within tthat region and is called the pineal gland in scientic terms but has been used for centuries by religions to refer to some hidden power. It regulates our sleep/wake cycle . It gots its scientific name from it's shape, that of a a pine cone... :-)

  • i want her job

  • Some translation:

    "Temporal Lobe" = Temples

    "Hypothalamus" = Cerebellum

  • @tak178 No and no. The temporal lobes are farther back; temples would be over the frontal lobes. The hypothalamus is actually located in the center of the cerebrum (hence, why this video is crap, even ignoring the "third eye" woo woo. You can't massage or otherwise manually stimulate the hypothalamus without performing an occipital lobectomy).

  • Thank you but I think some might need a translation for cerebellum. Not me, just saying.

  • turd eye lao

  • Lol, I was thinking the same damn thing. It's wonderful to have a massage on your turd eye!

  • LOL! XD

  • i can hear people screaming in the background O.O

  • at what bit?

  • Comment removed

  • "turd eye"

  • very nice~

  • She should be in a shampoo commercial.

  • that girl has som ears XD

  • Yeah ...people tend to look strange without 'em

  • i can just imagine how this feels...makes feel relaxed and sleepy.

  • hell... i'm quite sleepy after watching this

  • me too... i think i'll take a nap

  • His voice is so nice and soft.

  • Did anyone notice that this guy says he has a PhD in Astrology? Might as well have a PhD in Unicorns!!!!

  • haha that is so true. I didn't even think you could get a PHD for that

  • @passinafternoon Unicorns make great burgers

  • @passinafternoon Maybe having a PhD in Astrology is more culturally recognized in India. Someone from India might ask "why the heck does that American have a PhD in Sports Psychology?"

  • @Bears08 Whether or not it is more culturally recognized in India is insignificant to whether or not it is true

  • @passinafternoon Maybe you feel superior, but just read Autobiography of a yogi by Yogananda, and you will have a different perspective on this subject

  • @passinafternoon agreed.

  • @passinafternoon What do you have a PhD in?

  • @goldenavatar1984 ...and he needs a PhD to question a guy who claim to have an obviously bogus PhD? lol

  • @sukaii I didn't say you needed one, just asked if you had one.

  • @passinafternoon Just fyi............Astrology is a HUGE part of Indian society....people consult their family astrologist before ANY endeavor (i.e. business, marriages, etc). Do some homework before making comments like that, idiot.

  • @fiddlexabout i think he was thinking the word "astronamy" when he said that.

  • @fiddlexabout I don't care how important the psuedoscientific study of how celestial bodies affect human affairs is to a particular society, it's all hocus pocus. If someone were to tell you they had a PhD in VooDoo, would you consider that a credible degree? Just because a society believes that astrology can truly predict the future or bless their existence, doesn't give one shred of credibilty to the question of whether or not it is a plausible or accurate system of belief. Who is the idiot?

  • @passinafternoon The idiot is the one who forces their beliefs onto others believe that their one true mind and way of thinking is the only correct and reasonable one...

  • @Jax063089 But the point remains; if something is factually unreasonable, it is still factually unreasonable regardless of how many people believe it.

  • @omfgacceptmyname Yet they still believe in it...regardless of any facts that may or may not exist.

  • @Jax063089 IS @passinnoon Forcing beliefs: Freethinkers are those who are willing to use their minds without prejudice and without fearing to understand things that clash with their own customs, privileges, or beliefs. This state of mind is not common, but it is essential for right thinking; where it is absent, discussion is "apt to become worse than useless."

    -Lyev/Leo Nikolayevich Tolstoy (September 9, 1828 – November 20, 1910)

  • @rclark23 lol You think I am passinnoon? that makes no sense....

  • @passinafternoon Ignorance is bliss isnt it?!! Way to go mr. know it all...continue the good job of spreading the "knowledge" go on write your comments all over the internet.

  • it's a series of videos idiot and it doesn't aim to teach you every little detail. it's just an introduction

  • That's not where my third eye is located...

  • whats the matter with the audio its all crackley

  • if i was rich i would hire this guy right away

  • What??? Did I hear screamin?

  • is he saing third eye or todai

  • This guy needs to take an anatomy class.

  • I know what I want for Xmas,lol

  • a pocketbook-sized indian man?

  • Yup you're correct know where I can get one that can perform Ayurvedic Massages?!?

    Lol

  • ... Your hypothalamus is located closer to the center of the brain, almost directly behind the eyes. It definitely isn't at the base of your skull.

  • he was just guessing.

  • It says he's got a PhD in Astrology.

    ????

  • lol, maybe he does have a PhD in Astrology. Maybe the stars taught him how to massage. haha

  • 2:45 try listen really closly and ya hear another scream

  • Hi thanks for the tips but I like to no how manny time you can circle around your third eye I heared that you must be verry carefull with your third eye and how often can you do that for some one or your self

  • so the captions call the hypothalamus 'hypotaminus'

    win

  • that guy is a real professional. if i was rich, i would hire him for sure!

  • IS A VOICE INSIDE THAT SCREAM

  • VERY GOOOD..!!!

  • This is an art.....these are the hands of a pro!

  • at like 2:27 it looks like she has one nostril

  • you have to listen very carefully

  • god i heard the screaming O_O

  • Omg and there's also a guy screaming at like 2.40 and onwards when the massage therapist is speaking. (You also hear the girl again).

    Something's dodgy goin' on. :-P

  • LMAO it sounds more like singing. LIke there is a hare krishna temple next door or something.

  • You call THAT singing? Haha, could be, though. It could be.

  • LOL! It sounds like Indian bollywood music, ya know?

  • Wymiział jej włosy oliwką... Okropność. stres a nie rozluźnienie...

  • I think he meant the Cerebellum. :)

  • or mabe its some piss head shouting in the strrets down below them

  • her hair and that oil, doesn't look too appealing.

  • well the third eye was made up by some English guy but hey, it looks like it feels great

  • is it just me or does anyone elce hear screaming in the background towrd the end of the video like someone just got shot or something

  • I hadn't noticed it before but I can just barely hear it. Freaky...haha

  • omg yeaaa, i heard the screamss, wierdddd.

  • It actually sounds like screaming, crying little kids to me. Makes you wonder what's happening down the hall.

  • can u point out the exact time iv watched it like 3 times and i cant find the screaming

  • The scream is at 2.20 or 2.21 :-)

  • hmmmm yea I thought the hypothalamus is located in the diencephalon of the brain....in the cerebellum

  • This guy is FULL of crap. 1. Temporal lobes do not include vision (it is occipital), 2. Hypothalamus IS NOT on the back and is not related to balance. (it is the cerebellum), 3. SWELLING of hypothalamus??? hahahaha....his client better see a neuosurgeon if that is for real!

  • Either way its still good to massage that area!! LOL!!

  • when he talks about the temporal lobes he says reason no vision

  • is him thinking he's massaging the brain?

  • its better to ask your best friend for that.

  • because you don't have one

  • So i cant really understand him, but i bet that feels gooood! =)

  • What's all that hypothalamus crap about? The hypothalamus is in the centre of the brain, not the base and it doesn't control balance either. The bit where he's massaging the hypothalamus is the cerubellum. GET REAL MAAAAANN!!!!!

  • Hypothalamus! lol.

  • lmao not to mention everything is in-cased by the skull!

  • Bonkers! What this guy would have us believe is that his massage technique on the back of the head sends signals down the nerves, up the spinal column and back into the hypothalamus.... or something!

  • Comment removed

  • he has tiny hands >.>

  • Very informative - thank you!
