Now what Palin stated is that the vice president is In Charge of the senate and uses the uses to carry out decisions which is fairly untrue when the Vice president only makes a deciding vote if the senate votes 50% for and against an issue, The vice President would decide with vote is right.
You forgot to mention that in the event that the President can no longer cary out his duties, the Vice President then becomes Preseident following an inaugeration.

Dude, his answer regarding the VP job description is frightening because it's almost EXACTLY what Palin said.

This is beside the fact that NITEHR of them answered the most important aspect in being the VP...which is to replace the president if the situation arises. Maybe they didn't want to "scare" the kids, but come on, kids can take more than what people give them credit for.

Biden said the VP helps the President get elected and also helps run the government by working closely with him and helping him shape policies, which is absolutely true.
Well, nowhere in Biden's answer did he say the VP's judgment and policies should supersede those of the President, which is often what happened in the Bush White House.
And discussing a bill with Congressmen/women (especially as a former Senator) is much different than being "in charge of the Senate." Palin's answer suggested an authority she would not have.
IMHO, Biden gave a much more nuanced and thorough answer than Palin.

In Sarah's response she decided she was going to be "in charge" of the senate. She got a little too "mavericky" on us there. The VP can discuss issues but "makes" no policy as Sarah also suggested.

he said he would bring for the presidents plan and try to push it... not go in a change things like you have a say in the senate. A VP does have the right to help further the Presidents wishes and to converse with the president to come up with the right direction. She thinks she can make laws and so forth. SHE CANNOT MAKE POLICY CHANGES! SHE WOULD NOT EVEN BE IN CHARGE OF THE SENATE, that's what she thinks.

That "bitch in Orlando" had the balls to confront Biden with the truth. Ideas such as "spreading the wealth around" and "it's patriotic to pay more taxes" fall right in line with socialism/Marxism.
