I am a really skeptical person. But honestly there is nothing to sell. You get the program and thats it. I swear by this diet. It really works. I've been doing this for a week so far and have been walking 1/2 an hour on my treadmill daily I've dropped 10 pounds. I was at 217 and i'm now at 207. There is a good chance that after this next upcoming week I will be under the 200 lbs mark. Thank God! I will stay on this till I get to 155 lbs.

Funny those pictures. In the first one he lowers his lower lip and chin to make him look unhappy. In the second one, he makes a fake smile to make him look happy with the results.

Calories in must be less than calories expended. Bottom line. Calculate how many calories you need for a day (your BMR), multiply that by 7 for your weekly intake. Reduce that by 3500 calories per week to lose one pound, 7000 calories deficient to lose 7000. Nothing that works magically and avoids that rule. Nothing! When it comes to weight loss, that's the ONLY rule. Find out your BMR, count your calories, reduce them by the amount needed.. Period.
