I have one of these. The serial number on it is X970000. If anyone could tell me anything about that serial number I would be grateful. My high score is 8,317,024,050. I have been adding videos of my machine.
Pat Lawlor was one of the few guys who could design totally addictive drain monsters, time after time. The outlanes in TZ are brutal, yet everyone, like myself, keeps pumping quarters in. The Power on TAF immediately shafts the player every time, and it's still a blast. Great stuff.
@elsquibbs I know, seriously. His tables frequently close to being just outright unfair (especially Whirlwind IMO, and yet it's still one of my favorites) and unforgiving. But they're always so ingenious that you want to keep playing anyway.
BTW, there are actually two versions of TZ. The outlanes weren't as bad in the earlier machines produced. Lawlor actually admitted that the bumper placement in TZ wasn't one of his better ideas, since they so frequently drain the ball down the left outlane.
@Burmauzq67 This deals with a pinball machine based off of Rod Serling's Twilight Zone. The movie your advertising is abysmal and has nothing to do with this video or the Twilight Zone in general.
