I'm about to graduate law school, and for the record let me just say anytime a defendant can pulled something like this off, it's very scary. That courtroom should have been very secured and it should have been at least 3 officers walking the defendant to court... This is criminal court, no matter how small the crime is; a criminal is still dangerous.. RIP to those who lost their lives...
