Kaoru is my hero. He definitely plays fast but I think his style is slower, with more emphasized notes and the way he manipulates sound as the rhythm guitarist is amazing!

Technique isnt everything; bands like dragonforce basically is a good example of that. They have technique, but dont sound good at all.

And your totally right, haha. Die does play alot faster (his strumming especially). Kaoru however isn't exactly the kind of guy that goes for speed when it comes toward compositions.
Either way. Neither Die or Kaoru could truly play a.."fast" solo. Though they're good in their own right (they've gotten way better than this anyhow)
