  • Pokemon is also evil and cows too, everything that has horns jjajajajja!!!!

  • Some of this stuff is just evil. That's hard to explain if you have different colored glasses than me. Hendrix is so idolized, yet he had really wierd stuff. I think the Beatles actually ushered in a spirit of witchraft, and cast a spell on a whole generation of baby boomers. I don't believe they were toally aware of it, though. Flame away, if U wish to

  • @skaha65 lol

  • @legallucy I am guessing what I said doesn't make sense to you. You aren't alone in that. I am from a different planet, though.. Well I can truly say I grew up in a different world.. 45- 50 years away

  • I would rank them by most Psychedellic bands most to least:

The Beatles. Strawberry Alarm Clock. The Doors. Jefferson Airplane. Iron

Butterfly. Led Zeppelin. Cream. Pink Floyd. The Zombies. The Fratellis. The Turtles. The Yardbirds. The Animals. Blue Cheer. The Rolling Stones. Electric Light Orchestra. The Who Don't know the Fratellis?

Look 'em up. They're awesome. Look up Stragglers Moon specifically. This list is general so I probably will make a video. Of course these are mostly the popula

  • Lists are always very subjective but I like this one. Of course I miss songs like Strawberry fields forever, A day in the life, or a song by Soft Machine, or an another song from the Airplane..like Eskimo blue day, or rejoyce. But that would be an another list..my subjective list. :)

  • you should listen strawberry fields forever :D

  • Наркоманы

  • the doors have better psychedelic songs then the end, but great list

  • So happy to see Venus & Furs on your list. One of the most interesting and original songs ever

    made.

  • re: astronomy domine. piper at the gates of dawn is an awesome album :D

  • I know "Eight Miles High," "Forever Knows," and "White Rabbit." Surprised I'm not familiar with more of them.

  • @DarthJourdan you are honestly retarded, he was grunge you moron.

  • @xinfeQionx that's why I was saying it couldn't possibly be them...

  • @DarthJourdan Yeah i was wondering the same thing!

  • @DarthJourdan that the UK nirvana

  • I can agree on White Rabbit at no.1. I always hated The End.

  • @funkybassforever....I love Hurdy Gurdy Man.

  • The hurdy gurdy man..Donovan

  • i love ''13th floor elevators''!!!!but the beatles is the best band in the all world:)

  • LED ZEPPELIN

  • @jdun1980 Is it the Chambers Brothers- Time has come today?

  • Go to your room & don't come out til u get 10 of these changed...

  • puh first I thought the doors aren't on the list, but then... Good work!

  • White Rabbit is the best for sure. Also check out some Quicksilver Messenger Service and Buffalo Springfield and Hollies.

I've always been a rock listener, only in the last few years I started listening 60s 70s psychedelia. I can't stand any other music type except opera. It's like I became a music racist. So, I have to find as many groups as possible who contributed in this genre.

I would really appreciate if you guys would suggest bands by replying this comment. Thanks anyway caterpillars.

  • @Tuksavul Cream's song, "Dance the Night Away," is a classic song from the psychedelic era (it's on this video). Hendrix, the Byrds, Mommas & the Papas, Joni Mitchell, The Beatles. Also Jethro Tull, "Benefit," "This Was," and "Stand Up."

  • No Donovan? Hurdy Gurdy man should be number one!

  • @funkybassforever - Season of the Witch, Guenevere are probably more psychedelic. I bought all of his records - I was born in 1950.

  • Some of these I don't agree with completely but others I totally do. And you definitely got the number one right.

  • Interesting choices. Pushed my envelope a bit.

  • No Hawkwind?

  • HUH?? I was in college in the 60's and don't even remember most of these as being popular, let alone hits! Either I was way too Psychedelic than I can remember or not at all.

  • @7575hhs you must have been STUDYING. yea right.

  • An absolutely fantastic list! I was starting to feel as if though I'd found all good psychedelic rock, but after watching this video, it's obvious I haven't. Keep it alive!

  • what about the classic psychodelic song of all time, See Emily Play , pink Floyd. and Jimi Hendrix's Third Stone From the Sun. You have some good choices though mate. Cheers

  • tan chidas men

  • great beautiful choice!

  • is the " nirvana " ta n 14 the same nirvana that is with Kurt Cobain ?

  • @lee52844 This is the nirvana of the 60s

  • Pues decente, obviamente no se puede resumir en 20 canciones el rock psicodelico. Siguan escuchando buena musica!!!

  • fuck deathcore. I listen to whatever is great music.

  • I listen to deathcore and heavy metal, and psychedelic rock/

  • You OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T GROW UP IN THE 60's.

You have missed much more influential songs and and bands than I feel like telling you about.

However, thanks for your efforts, I really did appreciate that you took the time and effort to try to compile such a list.

    Thanks for your work!

  • muy bueno, la verdad me gusto, yo hubiera agregado algo de King Crimson, Quicksilver Messenger Service, big brother & the holding company, yes, frank zappa, grand funk railroad... y hubiera hecho un top 30...

  • felicidades, buenisimo Top!
