If its of interest, then we actually lost power for 4 hours this particular evening. We then had about 180-190V of electricity throughout Wednesday (enough for lights to work but not appliances), and then we lost all power for 5 hours that evening, until an emergency generator was plugged into our street. We had a further (brief) cut on Thursday, and all this in addition to a fourth, 5 hour cut earlier in the month.
