Funny thing is that Unreal 2007 is made by the same creators of GoW, Epic Games. So GoW PC was not at any downfall, it was in fact a great addition to the PC and of coarse more money for Epic games. Most people actually think GoW for the PC is better then the GoW for Xbox in all aspects minus the amount of people that actually play online. but you are obviously to retarded to know this lol.

Over all its a pretty good game if you have a pc that can run it. Even on lowest settings it looks nice. There are a few patches that have fixed 90% of the glitches/crashes/problems. An even on a current midrange laptop with an hd 3200 integrated card the game is playable all be it on low settings. I would recommencd GOW for the Pc if you can get it for 30$ or less. But dont pay any more than 30$ because multiplayer is basically dead. and singleplayer is nice.

Ok, so yet again, just as many other people have said on this video: PC's are capable of much higher performance. A good graphics card alone in a pc can cost 3x the amount an xbox costs and produce much much higher quality. Combine that graphics card with a good mobo, cpu, and a decent amount of ram and you have something that outperforms any console tenfold. Please do not judge a video game while playing it on your grandmothers machine that she bought for "$1500" ten years ago.

Nowadays, a medium level pc could run this game as high as it goes at a nice resolution. Pc hardware has become so cheap, that you can build a gaming pc for the price of a PS3. No i have an Intel Quad Core with 8800Gt's SuperClocked from EVGA, 4Gb Ram, a 22" HD WideScreen LCD paired with a 19" HD WideScreen LCD,500Gb Hard Drive all in an Antec 900 Rev.2.0 Case. It does what i need to do, and plays games at their highest settings including Crysis. So im happy with it.
And no- that aint my computer that i just described, i spent 5 minutes on pricewatch, the peripherals like a DVD drive($15 bucks) and a Logitech mouse and keyboard combo with internet hot keys and multimedia controls ($35 bucks) don't add up to that much, thats even if you have to buy them- most people already own a mouse and keyboard, and if you use your same comp case and PSU- (the comp i described could run off of 400Watt PSU easily which most comps have now)- that saves you $70 bucks-so STFU

no your wrong. In fact your pc would struggle running GTA IV. The 3650 is a slow card, ATI makes good shit but the 3650 aint it. Same with the Phenom. You got the 2.2GHZ one the Phenom 9500. No it aint 8GHZ you dumb ass- you dont multiply the number of cores by the number of ghz dumb ass. If your cpu runs at 2.2GHZ then it runs at 2.2GHZ thats it. No 8GHZ dipshit.

u could run it pretty high on an 8800 gt dual core E8300 and 2 gigs of ram you could probably run it a 1680x1050 at around 60 fps

well that just means you're a few hundred bucks short out of something you could have bought worth you're money the xbox comes with HD component cables so if you already have an HDTV all you have to do is configure your box to the pi setting to the one that your tv supports cheaper and better

im buying this on PC soon as i can, for christmas maybe. depending on the boxing day sale afterwards i guess. and apparently Gears 2 isnt coming out on PC and i dont have a 360 nemore =.= o well i guess gears 1 will have to do again. but hey many game designers have said no to games like gears 1, NOT ON PC, and here it is. so who knows maybe. just maybe gears 2 will be on PC next year. i hope so.

Nowadays, a medium level pc could run this game as high as it goes at a nice resolution. Pc hardware has become so cheap, that you can build a gaming pc for the price of a PS3. Still...NOTHING comes close to a high end Gaming PC. Consoles get shit on all over the place when compared to just even an average gaming rig.

No i have an Intel Quad Core with 8800Gt's SuperClocked from EVGA, 4Gb Ram, a 22" HD WideScreen LCD paired with a 19" HD WideScreen LCD,500Gb Hard Drive all in an Antec 900 Rev.2.0 Case. It does what i need to do, and plays games at their highest settings including Crysis. So im happy with it.

And no- that aint my computer that i just described, i spent 5 minutes on pricewatch, the peripherals like a DVD drive($15 bucks) and a Logitech mouse and keyboard combo with internet hot keys and multimedia controls ($35 bucks) don't add up to that much, thats even if you have to buy them- most people already own a mouse and keyboard, and if you use your same comp case and PSU- (the comp i described could run off of 400Watt PSU easily which most comps have now)- that saves you $70 bucks-so STFU

Thank god my pc doesnt have a cell instead of the quad core i have in it now, it would be alot slower if it had the cell instead of what i have. I still dont know why fan boys like you dont understand why a modern day CPU and GPU are FAR MORE POWERFUL than the PS3 and 360 EVEN COMBINED. The cell was powerful for its day and when it was first released it was very powerful, not anymore, get with the modern times, your stuck in the past- u still think the Cell is fast because ur ignorant.

Your PC sucks balls cuz you are to stupid to make a good one, Any gaming PC runs circles around the console. Just a single Nvidia GTX280 or the ATI 4870X2 has more processing power than ALL THE CONSOLES EVERY CREATED including the PS3 and the XCock360.
