hey liz. :) just curious, what were you drinking for your liquids? like, powdered shakes or ready to drink? i'm thinking of doing a pouch test to kickstart some more loss and again before my appt in april. :D
@sexyeyes6064 hey chicka, I just got it from Liquorland in the fridge with all the lolly drinks, it was in a bottle! very yummy and much less sugar than most bevies, altho if you happen to find the exact nutritional content, i'd be happy to know, cause I can't find it anywhere! only the calories :(
please tell me how tall you are and how many times in the year do you get fills? like once a month etc.... thankyou.

I had an implanon as well. I had it in for 2 years. I reckon it was a contributor to weight gain. x
